Amplified

A gallery is filled with amplified objects—pots and pans, chairs, magnetic tape, toys, trinkets—each strapped to dedicated piezo microphones and connected to a sound amplifier. At the touch, each object vibrates, creating a unique sound. A trio roams around the room, performing sound harmonies and melodies with these objects, both randomly and through spontaneous collaboration.

The improvised concert is built in real time, right in front of the audience, as each amplified object is carefully examined and harmonized with the rest of the performers.
